Our Handbook

This is our digital Handbook which describes everything from our vision, values and purpose to more practical aspects of employment such as holidays and other perks. Read the Handbook, and use your mentor and colleagues as you go.

Mentor

When you join Stem Agency, you will be allocated a mentor who will first and foremost ensure that you feel welcome in your new workplace. Your mentor will help you on both a practical and personal level, but it is important that you yourself are proactive and ask questions if you are in doubt about anything. Make good use of your mentor, your colleagues and your manager – this will help you to get into your work quickly and feel at home in your new environment.

Two-month interview

Two months have now passed, and you are comfortable with your projects and know what working for Stem Agency is like. We invite you for a quick catch-up interview. For this meeting, it may be useful for you to think about the following:

– Do you understand how your work relates to the company’s strategy, aims and vision? Write down a few keywords about what you feel your contribution is.

– What value do your activities have? How do you apply those values on your projects and in your work with colleagues? Write down a few keywords.

One-year interview

You should now have increased your expertise and be very familiar with your new workplace. It is time for your one-year interview.

Do you feel you need additional information or other knowhow in order to do a good job? Who can you talk to? Note down names, formulate questions and write down keywords that relate to things you have been thinking about.
